Before Your Appointment

Curl clients

Please come with dry, semi clean hair (1-2 days old) minimal to no product, and styled down in its natural state. Please don’t come with your hair in any tight braids, buns or ponytails. Please come with your curls visible so I can cut the hair in its natural state. Hair must be detangled and de-matted, clients with matting will be asked to rescheduled for another day when their hair is fully de-matted.

If client comes in with matted hair, there will be a $30 inconvenience fee and client will be rescheduled to another day.

Curly express cut

Hair must be clean, dry and styled how you normally wear it. Client needs to have had a cut with me in the last 6 months. Not for dramatic change. Trims and maintenance only. 

For express cuts

Hair must be clean and dry. Express cuts are not for any dramatic changes. Trims and maintenance cuts only. 

Appointment Booking Policy

Deposit:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required at the time of booking an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment.

No Show / No Call Policy:

  • If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment, 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $15 fee. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied towards the cost of the rescheduled appointment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Lash clients

(Full sets and lash lifts and tints) Please remove all makeup prior to appointment. No mascara within 24 hours prior to appointment if possible. 

Foreign lash client

All new clients who have lashes on from a different lash tech much book a 3 week fill of their desired lash type. Since I won’t know what I’m working with until I get into the lashes, I require extra time to adjust, clean and remove any necessary lashes from new clients lash line. If I end up not needing the full service time of a 3 week fill the service time and price will be adjusted at the end of the appointment. 

Three13 Studio Cancellation Policy

At Three13 Studio, I value your time and mine. To ensure a smooth scheduling process for all of my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy that applies to anyone who has either cancelled or no-showed their appointment.

Booking and Payment:

  • Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the next booked appointment within 24 hours of booking.

  • Appointments made without the required 50% non-refundable deposit will be cancelled after 24 hours of booking the appointment.

Cancellation and No-Show:

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the next booked appointment.

  • No-shows will also be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the next booked appointment.

  • I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps maintain a high level of service for all of my clients.
